Welcome to Les Coyeres, situated on the edge of the village of La Chapelle au Riboul in the department of Mayenne (53), Pays de la Loire, France.
The house is situated in department Mayenne to the north of La Pays de la Loire region in France. Close to the borders of the Normandy and Brittany regions, it offers peace and tranquility in the heart of the rolling French countryside. Next to a dairy farm, the house was part of the French railway network which is now alongside a green path suitable for walking, cycling and horse riding. It is well placed to relax, unwind and enjoy freshly prepared food from the kitchen either outside on an undercover terrace, the gardens or inside by the woodburning stove.
Downstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen leading into a sitting and dining area and a utility room. Leading up the original oak staircase into a large landing area with a chaise longue for relaxing, it has a double bedroom of bunk beds and a master double bedroom with vaulted ceiling and double aspect views across the fields. A fully equipped shower room and toilet complements the upper floor.
It is just a couple of kilometers from the centre of the village, which has a bakery with a shop and a bar and restaurant. Larger towns are in easy reach with a 20 minute drive, for shopping, local leisure amenities and activities.
